News up-date: The photo below comes from a surveillance video that is believed to show the two Hispanic male suspects believed responsible for the abduction of Briant Rodriguez.

VICTIM DESCRIPTION:
BRIANT RODRIGUEZ, MALE, HISPANIC, WEIGHT: 40LBS, EYES: BROWN, HAIR: BROWN, CLOTHES: YELLOW SHIRT BLUE SLEEVES, BLUE STRIPED SHORTS. BLACK  SANDALS.

The photos show an early 1990s dark green Ford Bronco believed to be driven by the unknown suspects. A spare tire is mounted to the back of the truck. This is the vehicle the kidnappers may have used to abduct 3-year-old San Bernardino boy Briant Rodriguez from his home Sunday afternoon.

FBI and San Bernardino County Sheriff?s office has released to the public photos from video tapes of suspected kidnappers as shown above.

Sheriff Rod Hoops said during a news conference that the video images were taken from surveillance camera footage recorded at a home-improvement store two days before Sunday's abduction of Briant Rodriguez. The men bought tape that was used to tie up Rodriguez and other members of his family the Sheriff said.

According to Sheriff Hoops a surveillance camera outside a different store captured the same vehicle leaving the boy's neighborhood about 3 minutes before the boy's mother Maria Rosalina Millan run to a local store and called police to report the abduction.

"We urge persons who have Briant to drop him off at a hospital, a school, a police department, a sheriff's station or a fire station," Hoops said.

Authorities investigating the weekend abduction of a 3-year-old from his family home in San Bernadino after they released the photos of two suspects and their vehicle they pleaded for the child's safe return.

When ask about any connection to Mexican drug cartels the Sheriff declined to comment on a possible motive, citing the ongoing investigation.

Investigators told the Laguna Journal that they were looking at several theories, including that the Spanish-speaking kidnappers were from Mexico and may have had ties to organized crime there. Detectives report no ransom has been demanded to date.

Investigators say that it has been verified that the boy's father?s claim he was at work at the time panned out say the initial investigation pointed to the kidnappers being strangers to the family.

Millan, her husband and their six children have only lived in the home about three months. For some unknown reason no information is yet available on the people who previously lived in the family's home.

A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the two men who authorities theorize to be Mexican Drug Cartel enforcers.

Individuals with information concerning this case should take no action themselves, but instead immediately call the toll-free hotline 866-346-7632, or contact the nearest FBI Office or local law enforcement agency. For any possible sighting outside the United States, contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

What did I tell you? It never takes too long before another Craigslist disaster hits! This time, a mother and a son in Tacoma, WA responded to a used car ad. They arranged for a meeting with the seller and arrived at his apartment complex as agreed, with $3600 cash in hand, ready to purchase a Honda Accord. Except they got attacked with a hammer and robbed, instead; the guy didn't even live in that apartment building, much less have a used car to sell.
